ASC-IT, a Toulouse-based cybersecurity company, publishes Darkmoon: an AI-driven platform for autonomous, continuous penetration testing (50 specialised agents, 140+ security tools), whose engine is released as open source under the GPLv3 licence.

What we did
- Definition of the open-source go-to-market strategy: free Community edition, Pro and custom offers, and managed pentest
- Market testing of the strategy: positioning, targets (enterprises, MSSPs), value proposition and pricing
- Support for the roll-out: launch sequencing, sales tools and tracking indicators
