Our conviction

Seizing innovation is a responsibility

Disruptions are rare, analysing innovations is heavy work, and the obstacles to adoption are many. Between promise and reality you need a method: scout, assemble, assess, pre-deploy. That is innovation tracking, and that is what we do, from the municipality to the European Union.

FAQ

Got questions? We have answers

What is innovation tracking?

Sourcing + adaptation + assessment + pre-deployment. We identify full, partial and adjacent innovations, score and rank them, then support their pre-deployment: it all leads to an evidence-based capability roadmap.

What kinds of organisations do you work with?

Agencies and ministries, local authorities and territorial agencies, European programmes, professional federations, manufacturers and innovative SMEs, in France and across Europe.

What formats do your hackathons take?

On site, remote or hybrid; over two days or several months; from the municipality to Europe. They can target student-led solutions, the identification of innovators, or serve as an antechamber to public procurement.

How do you assess an innovation?

Through a multi-criteria assessment: technology maturity, commercial maturity, ability to collaborate and investment assessment, positioned on our business / technology quadrant.

Where is our data hosted?

In Europe, with French and Swiss providers, and on Upperion’s own servers in Toulouse. No providers outside the EU.

How does a collaboration start?

With a conversation about the question you need to answer. We then propose a tailored A-I-P scope: short assignment, challenge, ecosystem or long-term support.
